We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience, which is why we offer a 49-day return policy for all products in their original packaging and condition. If your setup isn't the perfect fit, our dedicated support team is here to assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center to initiate your return request within 49 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Package the Item

  Carefully disassemble your chair or desk and place all components back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our regional EU warehouse receives and inspects your item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
